New players are assigned initial quota based on handicap (cannot win on the first day)
Points adjusted each week

+3/-3 +/-2 +4/+5 up 3 +6/+7 up 4
+8/+9 up 5 +10 and above up6
You will never drop more than 2 points or go up more than 6
